FAQ

Questions, answered plainly

Is the checker really free?

Yes. The full records check — verdict and the list of gaps in screening order — is free and complete. The paid report adds the fix steps, the floor comparison, the denial decoder, and the SBA module.

Do you pull my business credit file?

No. Nothing is pulled, from any bureau, ever. The check is a structured audit of what you report, and every verdict is stamped “Self-reported — not bureau-verified.”

Will this get me approved for a loan?

No — and distrust anyone who answers that question yes. Lenders decide. This product fixes the mechanical reasons applications die before they are read, and tells you plainly when the blocker is revenue, time, or debt, which paperwork cannot cure.

Why not just hire a coach?

You can. The established programs charge $2,997–$4,179 for the same sequencing of public information with a person attached, and their review pages are public. If you will follow the sequence yourself, $39 buys the map.

Is this about fixing my credit?

No. This product is about your business's records — its state filing, EIN, bank account, bureau file existence, and whether its records match. It contains nothing about personal credit reports: no disputes, no removals, no score advice. Personal credit appears only as what it is — a screen lenders publish, which you can read in their floors.

My answers — where do they go?

Nowhere. The checker runs in your browser; answers are saved on this device only so the paid report can be built after payment. We never receive them.

The floor table says a lender is “not printed”. Why?

Because that lender's own pages give different minimums in different places. We print floors we can verify and disagreements where we find them. A floor you cannot verify is a rumour with a logo.

What if my bank still says no after the report?

Then the denial letter is the next document that matters: you have the right to the specific reasons in writing (ask within 60 days), and the decoder in the report sorts the reason into fix, wait, or stop. Write to help@doogex.com if the report page itself gives you trouble — access problems are fixed the same day we hear of them.
