The paid report · $39 one-time

Your records, audited in the order lenders screen them.

You have seen the verdict. The report turns it into a work list: your own gaps, in screening order, each with the fix — plus the three tools a denied owner actually needs next. Coaching programs sell this same sequencing of public information for $2,997–$4,179, with the reviews to show for it. This is the sequence as a one-time report, built from your answers.

Lenders decide. This product does not arrange, submit, or guarantee funding. Clearing a floor is permission to be read, not an offer of credit.

What is inside

1. Your personalised fix-sequence report

The checker verdict is the headline. The report is the work: every problem in your answers, printed in screening order, each with its fix steps in order — built from your answers, not a generic list.

2. The lender-floor comparison

Your reported numbers against every published lender floor we could verify (checked October 2026) — and, printed just as plainly, the lenders whose floors we refuse to print because their own pages disagree with themselves.

3. The denial decoder — and the reasons letter

Paste the reason from a denial letter and get its plain meaning and a fix / wait / stop ruling. Includes the ready-to-sign letter that asks for your specific reasons in writing — your right under Regulation B, with the 60-day clock explained.

4. The SBA readiness module

Eligibility printed from the regulation itself (13 CFR 120.100 and the 120.110 ineligible list), the document checklist lenders ask for, and a DSCR worksheet that runs the arithmetic in your own numbers, labelled as your own arithmetic.

5. The record-building sequence

The order to build in — records, identity match, the bureau file, verified tradelines, the credit layer — including the verify-in-writing rule for vendor accounts, because vendors do not publish who they report to and the roundups contradict each other.

How it works

  1. Run the free checker first (two minutes, this device). Your answers are saved in this browser only.
  2. Pay once — $39, one payment, nothing recurring.
  3. Stripe sends you back to your report page, which builds your personalised report from your saved answers on the spot. On a different device, the report page simply runs the same questions first.
  4. Print it. Work it in order. The report page stays yours to re-open on this device.

What it is not

It is not coaching, not a lender, not a broker, and not a monitoring service. It takes no money from any lender and carries no referral links. It does not touch any credit report — business or personal — and it contains nothing about improving a personal credit score, disputing items, or removing anything from any file. If the real blocker is revenue, time, or debt, the report says so: some walls are waited out, not papered over.

Questions owners ask

Is my information sent anywhere?

No. The checker and the report run in your browser. Your answers are stored on this device only, so the report can be built after payment. We never see them.

Will this get me a loan?

No product can promise that, and this one does not. It fixes the mechanical reasons applications die before they are read, and it tells you plainly when the blocker is something paperwork cannot cure.

Why $39?

Because the information is a sequence, not a secret. The coaches charging $3,000+ sell the same public information with a person attached. If you will follow the sequence yourself, this is the price of the map.
